The New Google Workspace

Since post this lockdown when the world came to a standstill there was a huge demand by all the organisations for remote working solutions, a change was needed to sustain in the market. Shivaami with Google helped these organisations to move their working infrastructure on the cloud. Organisation after moving on the cloud could then work remotely and access their data from anywhere and continue the productivity of their work.

Taking an example Stim Brushes Private Limited moved on G Suite, Stim Brushes was using the CPanel email service in Outlook using POP. It would be difficult for an IT person to manage local system PST data and re-configure G Suite email accounts. With the recommendation and support of Shivaami Cloud Services Pvt.Ltd, Stim Toothbrushes Pvt. Ltd. made the switch to G Suite Basic in April 2020.
Shivaami guided Stim Toothbrushes through an IMAP migration and GSSMO and PST mapping process. The Shivaami project management team conducted the planning meetings, defined success criteria, selected the starting set of G Suite products and features, and managed issues as they arise.
