Inside Sales Representative

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Looking for individuals who will actively source new sales opportunities through emailing and cold-calling. Individuals who will understand consumer needs and identify sales opportunities. Should be able to handle customer queries and keep themselves updated on all the products and services for lead generation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Should be proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.

Team Leader - Inside Sales

Experience: 4-5 years

Looking for an experienced and organized individual who will maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment among employees, clients, and managers. An individual who will participate in all meetings and take part in various project team activities. Should adhere to all procedures and policies related to quality management. Should be able to identify and fulfill the training needs of the sales team.

Business Development Executive

Experience: 1-2 years

We are seeking individuals who will communicate with potential clients, make outbound calls, and follow up on leads. Keep themselves updated about the products and services for lead generation and also keep an update on competing products. Create a pipeline of opportunities for the organization. Should be proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software. A multi-tasker with strong listening and sales skills.

Assistant Sales Manager

Experience:4-5 years

We are looking for experienced individuals who can expand the sales opportunities within the region and look for new opportunities. Individuals should be able to organize, supervise, and direct the work of the Sales team. The person must participate in operational and strategic planning and development of an annual budget for the business. Should be able to coordinate with the marketing department on lead generation.

OJT Trainer

Experience: 6-8 years

Seeking experienced individuals who can evaluate the performance of employees and gauge where the skills are lacking. Coordinate with managers to understand the training needs of employees and schedule training programs accordingly. Prepare learning materials for training programs and conduct surveys to understand the effectiveness of programs. Individuals with a degree in HR, education, and training are welcome to apply. Prior knowledge of teaching methods and excellent organizational skills are a must.

HR Manager

Experience: 8-10 years

The HR Manager will be responsible for assisting in the process of talent acquisition and recruitment. The candidate must be familiar with employee onboarding procedures and help organize training and development initiatives. Other responsibilities include promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies, administering compensation and benefit plans, gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, analyzing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews, maintaining records and files, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Candidates must have proven experience as HR generalist, understanding policies and procedures, knowledge of HRIS system, and excellent communication skills.
