Google Workspace users need to renew their subscriptions yearly to avoid cancellation of their services.
In case auto-renewal fails due to an expired card or any other reason, a seven-day grace period will be applied to the subscription to give the user time to update their credit card information. Once the information is updated, your yearly subscription fee will be charged, and then your billing cycle will start.
Users will have access to their Google Workspace Individual features until the subscription period and billing cycle ends. Once the subscription ends, users will lose access to all Google Workspace Individual features.
