The client was using Microsoft Exchange 2010 for email. An IT specialist might have a challenging time dealing with the problem caused by the local host email service. MS Exchange 2010 does not support MDM, Drive, or other compliance features.


With the recommendation and support of Shivaami Cloud Services Pvt.Ltd, Intercontinental Consultants & Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. made the switch to Google Workspace Basic Plan on September 25, 2020.

Intercontinental Consultants & Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. was led through a systematic migration process by Shivaami. The Shivaami project management team arranged planning meetings, set performance metrics, selected the initial set of Google Workspace (G suite) products and features, and dealt with any issues that arose.
