Prior to migration, the client was using the Zimbra email service. An IT professional will have a difficult time dealing with the problem caused by the local host email service. Zimbra does not have MDM, Drive, or other compliance settings.


With the recommendation and support of Shivaami Cloud Services Pvt.Ltd, RJ Corp made the switch to Google Workspace Frontline Plan on January 07, 2021.

Shivaami guided the RJ Corp through a comprehensive migration process. The Shivaami project management team organized planning meetings, established success criteria, chose the initial set of Google Workspace (G suite) products and features, and handled any problems that occurred.

The deployment services consisted of

The project was kicked off. Changes to the DNS settings were made, network access to Google Workspace was tested, the desired settings were implemented, the user accounts were provisioned and the users data was migrated into Google Workspace using various methods.


Made customer live on Google in 3 days and completed the migration in 15 days for 4400 users.
